Hey you :) how is everything going? Welcome to my BLOG.

Here you will have access to detailed story’s about anything i might think is valuable for you and that might help you in any kind of way…and yeah also just to relief some tention and to speak my mind. I will be writing posts about Self Improvement, Gaming, Relational stuff and any other subject i think i should post.

In the “about me” page you will find a lot of very personal information about me that tell the story of why i actualy do what i am doing now. But i would also like to give you the chance to get to know me on another level, because my life is not only about beeing a serious educating guy…far from it ;)

openairfloorI have lots of hobbie’s like hanging out with “the guy’s” and watching “Thai Boxing & K1″ on tv etc. But the most interesting of all would be “Music”. I grew up on music and have a big collection of with a wide variety, from The Beatles to Enigma and from Pop to Hard and Fast Electronical music which is even my biggest passion in music as i am a writer of my own electronical music which have been pressed on Vinyl and CD and released world wide! I have played all around the globe on smaller parties aswel as huge massive Rave’s from Europe to Australia…I LOVE MY LIFE!!!

I also train Thai/Kick Boxing and i have been doing this since the age of 16, almost half of my life (damn!)…I think that beeing physicaly fit is VERY important if you want to get the most out of a day! Only educating yourself mentaly wont have such a big impact unless your body isn’t in a fit shape, if you want to produce (learn)…you have to take care of your “production machine” (Body) , just something i learnt from reading “the 7 habbits of effective leadership”.

So, i think you now have a good idea of who i am and what makes me move around in the world, i shared some very personal stuff with you because i want you to know that i’m…like…A REAL PERSON!

To bring this to an ending i would like to ask you to engage in a challenge, if…you are a DEDICATED person, because i want to leave you now with a small task that i got from doing a Tony Robbins program and it is called “The 7 days positive challenge”. It works like this: “You only get to have POSITIVE THOUGHTS especialy when facing challenge’s! When you notice your state going down…you can NOT leave it down longer than 5 seconds! or else you will have to start the 7 days over…and over…and over, untill you manage to have positive thoughts only” This way you condition yourself to become a happier person that doesn’s get affected by any negativity around you!
