Hey champ! I’m sure you feel f-ing fabulous…like ME!!! I just spent a whole weekend in Copenhagen again and this time I brought my good friend Morpheus with me. We both stayed in the S.U.L. Academy and had so much fun my abs are still hurting! I want to give you a short impression of what happens during a weekend trip of mine.

We both worked on our “Social Excellence” and “Networking skills” there and we made a lot of friends!!! Do you know how science says that people are designed to only remember about 250 names…I think I have overshot that amount LOOONNNNGGG time ago because I am noticing that I can’t remember any names any more…it’s starting to get a little bit confusing lol (I think it’s a luxury problem). When people tell me their names I instantly forget them!? It could also be that I’m just a little bit lazy. 

 Anyways, we met up with “Abdel Karisma” there as well and spent a nice afternoon together laughing about nothing really…were just the most self amusing guys ever AND WE DON’T CARE…WE HAVE FUN AND THAT’S ALL THAT COUNTS!

During the weekend we were there we also had 6 or 7 guys who wanted to stay at the Academy as well for a bit of coaching and to see if they want to be a part of the amazing education and the fabulous experiences that are awaiting there! Morpheus and I both coached a couple of guys and we were both very happy as all of them had HUGE eye opening experiences and some did so good…so good…I won’t go into details here but believe me some did very well *cough coughbathroompullcough…cough30secondkisscough…cough* So yeah…we had amazing results and I am very happy with all of it and I’m especially happy for the guys!

The only “thing” was that with 7 extra guys there we had to fight over sleeping places…well…we didn’t fight of course we all happily gave our beds away to our guests and decided that us coaches should all sleep together

During our stay in Copenhagen we went to a lot of bars to check out what they had to offer and found very cool places to hold our famous “pre party’s”. We even met people from a group of Islands that I knew existed but never knew that there actually lived people there?! The Faroe Islands and one of the girls was so nice to give me some “dancing lessons” which I really appreciated of course.

I also performed my famous magic trick and made this girl almost pull her shirt down to see if that, what I was saying and doing was actually true…as you will see in the following movie.

All in all we had an amazing time there with our friends of SpeedUpLife and both of us can’t wait until we fly back there…next time is going to be even better!

Hey you! whats up? Today i want to talk to you about “Appoaching random strangers” and how to feel comfortable about it!

I know that a lot of people let their past experiences stand in the way of their future success. They let themselves be held back because they have bad references to certain things and don’t want to feel the pain they have been trough, which is actually very logical.
However, living a life that doesn’t satisfy you…may hurt…and it can hurt a lot, I know because I had my share. So, you have linked negative feelings to a certain idea or action and they hold you from making any progression because you don’t know what’s going on and don’t know what you should do about it.

Now think of the following, “If I continue this way…without taking any action to change the course of my life, how will I look back at my life when I’m old?” I mean if you don’t do anything about it and just ignore that what needs attention, yes, you might live a happy life I mean, just act as if that thing isn’t there…that should do the trick! Right?!
No it doesn’t… ”That what is inside and expressed will set you free…that what is inside and kept imprisoned will eat you alive!” in other words, you HAVE to do something about your fear or it otherwise it will fuck you up!!! (just to use some clear words lol). So either way, you know that if you want to become stronger you have to face your fears and do something about it!
But you know what…you can take small steps to get out of your comfort zone if smacking your “challenge” right in the face and go full throttle to overcome it is a too big of step for you. Small steps WILL do! As long as you do something and see that what you do is working! You will create positive references to something that has frightened beforehand, and that’s the way you overcome your fears!

Old Me, just before an approach!

Now I have had the exact same challenge’s and I want to share with you a couple ways that might provide a solution for you as well as it did for me.
Like, I wanted to become more social and make it a natural thing for myself to talk to other people. And to go in directly and to start a conversation just like that was so far outside of my reality that I couldn’t do it AT ALL! I was the guy who was nervous beyond belief when I even thought of doing an “in direct approach Now I do direct approaches and basically don’t feel anything weird when doing so.

How did I do this? What I did was, i started out by giving “value” to strangers by walking passed them and just making a comment about their shoes or jacket, like, “Hey, nice color jacket that is, how original” then just walk off instead of expecting a conversation, this way you won’t have to deal with any possible negative response (this also trains your abundance muscle, as you’re not really concerned about what they think). After doing this a couple of times you will feel comfortable doing this and you take it a small step further by looking the people in the eyes, which is a big deal for some. You smile at them when giving them some sort of value (giving compliments) and THEN you walk off. Next step, after you gave value with a smile on your face, is you WAIT for the response and as you will notice, 75% of the people smile back at you! (All us people have “mirror neurons” in our brain which have a couple of functions but 1 of ‘m basically is that when someone smiles at you, you automatically smile back and don’t even know you are doing it!) and THIS is exactly what you are after! Because that small thing as a “smile back at you” will be a reference to you which tells you it is OK to talk to other people, now after doing this for a while you will have a positive feeling anchored in your brain, it will feel GOOD talking to other people.

I started of just like this and from there on it became easier for me to talk to other people without feeling “challenged”. And I stepped it up more and more using small steps at a time and now I feel pretty comfortable going in directly!

So, if this works for me…it should absolutely work for you!!! And I want to leave you with a mission:
Give some kind of value to at LEAST 10 people each day! Start slowly then push yourself further as I mentioned above and you know what, if the “value giving” goes well…you might even start a conversation and then…maybe…?

This is an easy one and you know it. Everyone gets the opportunity to say something to 10 people in a single day so if you feel challenged with talking to “others”, this mission might help you out! GO AND DO IT!

Hey! How are you today? I want to bring up something here, it’s something that I hear more and more around me and I see on the forums more often.

Some people are not making the progression they were hoping for and it seems as if they are facing more and more challenge’s every day… “I’m gaming for 2 years and I haven’t got lucky yet” or “I’m applying all the material I can find, using all the canned openers and routines but I’m not able to make a connection with other people” or “I’m able to collect phone numbers but they won’t return my text msgs or answer my calls” etc. etc. etc. You have probably had the same thing yourself or you have heard people with the same “challenges”. Some people are so into “gaming” and believe that if they continue this way they will become big pimpin players, however, I see more and more “pimps” turning into sad and “emo” boys.

STOP PLAYING GAME’S !!!

Now slow down for a second and think about what you are really doing…you are using some other dude’s material, your using some other persons life story’s AS IF they are your own, you are ACTING as if you are Alfa, you use negs (because it is written that when doing so it will raise your value) and you are wondering WHY…you don’t connect with people…

Now I have a fun “test” that I have learnt from an AMAZING guy called “Michael Lassen” , it’s an Energy test, you need an extra person for this though and what you do is the following:

You stretch out one of your arms in front of you and hold it steady. The second person stands right next to you and try’s to apply pressure on your arm and uses two fingers while doing so, this is just to test how strong your arm is and how many pressure it can take before it goes down. Then the 2nd thing you do is, you say out loud “I am…*followed by your real name*” and your partner try’s to push down your arm with two fingers, just to see how many pressure you can take now. Then you say out loud “I am…*followed by a FAKE name*”, now your partner will push down with his fingers on your arm again and the both of you will notice that the strength of your arm is half that of what you used to have in the 1^st place! So what happened here? The thing is this…You can NOT lie to your own body! What do I mean with this? If you say something that is not true, if you lie or if you say something you are not completely sure of…the energy in your body will go down and you will exhude a WEAK energy that other people WILL pick up with their antenna!

(This is not a test of how strong you or your buddy is so don’t over-do it. Applie a normal pressure on the arms so you dont overstretch the muscles of your subject or overstretch your own. Focus on the differences in strength when telling the truth and when telling a lie.)

Do you see the piece’s of the puzzle falling into place maybe? Not yet? Well, let me explain this to you a little further…if you use an opener or some kind of other canned material that is not yours…you ARE LYYYYIIIINGGGGG…and so your energy will be a lot weaker than when you are telling about an experience that is truly yours! Other people pick up on this, you look weaker and in-congruent with yourself and as all people are able to pick up on others energy’s they will feel that your energy is WEAK! And let me tell you, no one will want to hang out with someone that is an in-congruent person because they will not be able to trust you, rely on you, feel safe with you and so they don’t want to hang out with you!

What to do? Go out there and start living! If you want to have something important to tell people that projects that you are a cool person then you have to live and experience life! Do stuff, go traveling, go to concerts, go to amusement parks, go to museums, go to all kinds of events that you think will be awesome so that you have experience’s that are your own and another good thing about these things is that you get to meet a lot of new people and some may become your close friends, who knows?! This will also train your “abundance muscle” and you will be less needy for “cool things” and “showing off” which is also an important positive attitude you will want to have if you want to “be more attractive” as a person.

Think of it this way, it is not the line’s you use, but it’s the congruency and the attitude that comes with it, that really makes the difference!

So I want to leave you with “a challenge”, I would like you to write down a list of goals you are going to have, 5 things you would like to go and do THIS MONTH that you think are cool and that you think will color your life in a positive way! Once you wrote this down you want to create momentum and take action of some sort asap, so start planning your 1^st “thing” right away! Make a call to someone, look that thing up on the internet, book a flight, buy a concert ticket, whatever! But do it right now! Otherwise you will only have a list of things you would love to do but don’t do anything with it…and your life will be the same as it is now…it’s up to you my friend!

Hey there Swanky!

Today i want to tell you about a unique experience i had the privilege to be a part of. I just spent 2 weeks in Copenhagen, Denmark, in the “SpeedUpLife Academy” where I have been training and educating myself, with 14 other amazing people, in the “Social Arts”. Let me tell you, these were 2 very interesting weeks!

We start our day at 10.00 in the morning only to end it somewhere around 04.00 in the morning next day and everybody feels incredible! Another great thing is that I have made so many friends here, I have banded with the students who are now becoming my friends and who I really like, these guys are amazing! I’m looking forward to come back here in a couple of weeks and go infield with them again, I’m sure they will have improved so much more I will be amazed.

I went on a road trip with Aiden, Adam and Sami, S.U.L. coaches, to Alborg all the way up north where the guy’s had to speak on a seminar which was a big success! We had so much fun driving up and down there, It has been a long time since my abs took such a beating (from laughing so hard).

Alborg is a small city with 1 very cool feature, they have 1 large street filled with bars, clubs and at night times…a couple thousand people!!! And yeah, I have to say, the quality of women there is outstanding! Coach Aiden had a very productive night as he opened 125 sets!!! The guy is a machine! I also educated myself there and worked on my “networking skills” I have met so many cool people here it’s insane.

At the moment I’m sitting in bed writing this post, Coach Adam on the other side of the room, Akon is singing in the background and the sun is shining straight in here. When I look outside I overlook a lake and I see many people walking around, I LOVE it here!

I have 1 whole day left here, I will spend it on going in the city to find a nice gift for Sienna and to go do some “networking”

Hey you how is everything going? Welcome to my BLOG.

Here you will have access to detailed story’s about anything i might think is valuable for you and that might help you in any kind of way…and yeah also just to relief some tention and to speak my mind. I will be writing posts about Self Improvement, Gaming, Relational stuff and any other subject i think i should post.

In the “about me” page you will find a lot of very personal information about me that tell the story of why i actualy do what i am doing now. But i would also like to give you the chance to get to know me on another level, because my life is not only about beeing a serious educating guy…far from it

I have lots of hobbie’s like hanging out with “the guy’s” and watching “Thai Boxing & K1″ on tv etc. But the most interesting of all would be “Music”. I grew up on music and have a big collection of with a wide variety, from The Beatles to Enigma and from Pop to Hard and Fast Electronical music which is even my biggest passion in music as i am a writer of my own electronical music which have been pressed on Vinyl and CD and released world wide! I have played all around the globe on smaller parties aswel as huge massive Rave’s from Europe to Australia…I LOVE MY LIFE!!!

I also train Thai/Kick Boxing and i have been doing this since the age of 16, almost half of my life (damn!)…I think that beeing physicaly fit is VERY important if you want to get the most out of a day! Only educating yourself mentaly wont have such a big impact unless your body isn’t in a fit shape, if you want to produce (learn)…you have to take care of your “production machine” (Body) , just something i learnt from reading “the 7 habbits of effective leadership”.

So, i think you now have a good idea of who i am and what makes me move around in the world, i shared some very personal stuff with you because i want you to know that i’m…like…A REAL PERSON!

To bring this to an ending i would like to ask you to engage in a challenge, if…you are a DEDICATED person, because i want to leave you now with a small task that i got from doing a Tony Robbins program and it is called “The 7 days positive challenge”. It works like this: “You only get to have POSITIVE THOUGHTS especialy when facing challenge’s! When you notice your state going down…you can NOT leave it down longer than 5 seconds! or else you will have to start the 7 days over…and over…and over, untill you manage to have positive thoughts only” This way you condition yourself to become a happier person that doesn’s get affected by any negativity around you!
